  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed for any reason.

  • As we deal with perishable food items, cancellations are not accepted after order confirmation or once the dispatch process has begun.

  • Customers are strongly encouraged to review their order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are strictly discretionary and handled on a case-by-case basis by the management of Sukhadiya Chatrabhuj.

  • In accordance with prevailing government rules and food safety regulations, refunds, if approved, will be issued in the form of:

    • Store credit

    • Coupon code

    • Or another equivalent medium of refund (no cash refunds).

  • If the courier is returned in a good, unused state, a partial refund may be initiated after deduction of shipping and return charges.

  • Refunds are not offered for orders once they are placed and processed—except in the following cases:

    • Product is damaged during transit

    • Verified quality concerns confirmed by our internal team
