📦 Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via registered courier services and/or India Post Speed Post.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Within Dhoraji: Same-day delivery
Within Rajkot District: Next-day delivery
Rest of Gujarat: 2–3 working days
Metro Cities: 3–4 working days
Rest of India: 5–6 working days
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days prior to shipment.
Dispatch Guarantee: We ensure dispatch of all orders within 7–10 working days from payment date, or as agreed upon during order confirmation.
Orders will be delivered to the billing address associated with the customer’s payment method unless otherwise specified at checkout.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances. Such delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
Sukhadiya Chatrabhuj is not responsible for any damage incurred in transit after handing over the parcel to the courier.

📪 Items Out of Stock
If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable:
We will hold the entire order until the item is back in stock.
Existing items in your order will be reserved and dispatched together.

In rare cases of lost parcels:
A full refund or replacement will be issued once the courier service completes an investigation and confirms the parcel as lost.
